1. Cooling-off period
When you sign up for a Drive-Up plan, you have 14 days after purchase to request a full refund
if the service does not meet your expectations.

2. Eligibility Requirements
A refund may be granted if :
1 – the request is made within the 14-day cancellation period
2 – the subscription was purchased directly through the Drive-Up website
3 – no misuse of the service has been detected
Drive-Up reserves the right to deny a refund request in the event of misuse or violation of our Terms of Use.
3. Renewed subscriptions
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the billing period (monthly or annual).
Automatic renewals are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or unintentional billing that have been reported.

2 – Provide the email address used for the purchase.
3 – Explain the reason for your request.
Our team will review your request in accordance with our refund policy and respond as soon as possible.
